Vízitündér Apartments Policies
To ensure that you have a pleasant stay, we would like you to familiarise yourself with our policies.
By using the accommodation, the guest has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this policy.
The apartment is operated as part of other accommodation.

After 1 September 2021, by the legislation in force, the personal data of users of accommodation services in Hungary, as defined by law, will be recorded by the accommodation provider using a document scanner in the accommodation management software and transferred to a storage space, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
Guests can book the apartment only after paying the full participation fee. The total participation fee is the amount of nights booked in advance. If you decide to cancel your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund your money.
Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00. No later checkout is possible.

Please refer to the booking page on the website for the description of the apartment you wish to book.
Guests are given 1 house key on arrival as the owners are not in the apartment. Please return the keys in full on the day of departure when you leave the apartment! In case of loss, we charge 10.000 Ft per key as we have to change the locks. Only registered persons are allowed to stay in the apartments.
Cigarette smoking is allowed in the garden in the designated area, in the apartments it is FORBIDDEN!
We cannot accept animals (pets), so it is FORBIDDEN to bring them into the accommodation and the recreation park!
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the house.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the accommodation or violation of the house rules.
The operator is not responsible for the guests’ property.
The apartments are equipped with a safe, the secret code of which is set by the guest during his stay. Use of the safe is at the guest’s own risk.
Any damage caused on the premises (whether to movable or immovable property) will be compensated by the person causing the damage or his legal representative.
In the event of cancellation of the accommodation due to a breach of the rules, the guest will not be refunded the amount paid, regardless of the shortened period.
Use of equipment
- Please use the facilities as intended!
- Please do not remove any decorations or pictures.
- Please do not remove any furniture or equipment (table, chairs, bed, bed linen, mattress, blanket, TV, etc.) from the apartment.
- Please use the water, electricity and electrical appliances in the apartment rationally and economically!
- If the rooms are rearranged during your stay, please return them to their original position before leaving!
- Bringing fish into the apartment, and cleaning fish in the apartment is FORBIDDEN!
- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet, if anything else is flushed down the toilet (e.g. wipes, etc.) it will cause blockage and damage to the flushing pump, in which case the damage will be paid for by the guest.
Order of cleaning
- The room/house is left clean and tidy on arrival and must be kept clean and tidy during your stay, all necessary equipment is provided (mop, broom, razor)!
- Towels are changed every three days for stays of several days and once a week for stays of more than 7 days.
- Other requests are of course possible for an extra charge. Price: Daily cleaning 15 000 HUF / day
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. Please do not eat or store food in the rooms! We keep basic food (neither) in the house, after each guest we will remove any leftovers such as spices, coffee…etc., so please take this into account when you arrive!
Guests can request baby equipment (baby bath, travel bed, toilet seat, step stool).
Other services available: toiletries, cosmetics, shoe polish, umbrella, tea and coffee-making facilities. Please specify at time of booking.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling, which should be used economically! (If we feel that the air conditioner is being used wastefully or is being turned on to the extent that the integrity of the equipment is at risk, – we will set it to a fixed temperature and remove the remote control from the apartment.
Visitors are not allowed.
Please take care of the plants!
Guests use the garden equipment at their own risk!
Only sunbathing, playing and fishing are allowed on the waterfront of the apartment!
Swimming in the whole area of the lake is strictly FORBIDDEN!
In winter, walking on the ice is strictly FORBIDDEN!
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the lakeshore without supervision! The safety of children is the responsibility of the adult with them throughout the Water Fairy Recreation Park.
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00!
In the area adjacent to the apartments, small events may be held by outside guests not staying in the apartments until 21:00.
Disorderly and uncivilised behaviour, disturbing the peace of others and the recreation of the community, offensive behaviour, loud noise, and continuous littering will result in immediate expulsion from the apartments and the area of the Water Fairy Recreation Park.
Anyone who persists in such behaviour after being warned will be asked to leave immediately after the damage has been assessed and paid for!
As in any household, things can break or malfunction in an apartment through no fault of the guests. If you notice any anomalies, please report them immediately to the caretaker to prevent any serious damage!
