Booking, payment, and cancellation conditions
For direct (website/e-mail) bookings
The deposit is 40 % of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid within 24 hours from the date of the reservation.
The reservation becomes definitive upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the spot before occupation of the accommodation or by bank transfer before arrival.
In the event of cancellation within 0-14 days of the booked date, the deposit will be considered as a cancellation penalty and will not be refunded.
Local Tourist Tax (IFA) in Újhartyán 500.- HUF/night/person
The date of the trip can be changed once
- if the date is changed between 3 and 14 days before the trip, the full amount of the deposit will be credited to the total amount of the new reservation, provided that the new reservation is for at least the same number of nights and the new date falls within 3 months.
- In case of cancellation between 0 and 3 days, the date cannot be changed and the total amount of the deposit becomes a cancellation penalty and is non-refundable.
